About Us

Betty's Cakes serves Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.  We specialize in wedding cakes, special ocassion cakes, desserts and treats.  Our cakes are made from scratch, including our buttercream and fondant.

Betty-Rose  received her formal training at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale.  Betty-Rose has been baking since the age of 12.  It has been a passion of hers to bake different types of cakes and desserts.  While at the Art Institute, she joined the culinary competition team.  There she helped win the silver medal and the State Championships at the ACF
